Best of the best, we've worked with Jenya to plan multiple kinds of trips now and we can't recommend her enough. She is thoughtful, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. I had never engaged with a travel agent before but now I can't imagine planning a trip without Jenya, do it and you will feel the same way!!!!

Jenya is a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable knowing that all the reservations were made in safe and clean locations and there was no pressure at all to spend more than I was comfortable with. Jenya was amazing! She helped us plan a trip to Aix-en-Provence and Paris. Every step of the way, Jenya was professional, responsive, and kind. She had phenomenal suggestions about where to go and how to get there. She guided us to charming, centrally located hotels where the attentive staff fussed over us—it was a real treat. She asked thoughtful questions and created a truly memorable experience. Jenya took the stress out of planning so we could simply enjoy our trip. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Jenya saved our vacation! My wife and I were so busy with work that we had no time to plan our trip to Scandinavia. One month before the trip--at the height of the summer tourist season--we still had no plane tickets, no hotel reservations, not even an itinerary. We'd never used a travel agent before, but we were desperate, so we asked Jenya to help, and I am so glad that we did. After listening to our plans and preferences, she thoroughly researched the area and recommended a fantastic itinerary. Despite the last-minute planning and crazy summer travel prices, she also found great deals for flights, car rentals, and hotels that we would never have discovered on our own. The vacation was beautiful and unforgettable, and we're both grateful to Jenya for making it happen. I absolutely recommend Travelova and will definitely ask Jenya to help us plan our next trip.

Jenya was super helpful with the planning of my family's trip to Spain. She had a lot of knowledge about the different areas of Spain and what we might want to see and do there, and how long we should spend of our 12-day trip in which areas. She helped us pick tours that her prior clients had liked, and they were all great! She also helped us with hotels, and purchasing our train tickets between cities. Jenya was flexible & communicative during the whole process, would definitely recommend working with her!

Are you wondering if you need a travel agent? Yes, you do. Jenya is fabulous to work with. She helped me with a very complicated trip to Greece. We had seven people coming and going on various days over the course of nearly three weeks, staying in multiple locations including Athens, and the islands. We needed international and domestic flights, rental cars, and ferries and stayed in something like 7 different hotels/apartments. Having a Jenya as our travel agent was such a game changer, I appreciated her organization and how easy to work with she was. We then used her to help us book hard to find hotel rooms for our wedding last fall. Highly recommend! (Photo is the view from our rooftop balcony on Naxos at sunset)

I really appreciated Jenya's support as we navigated a multi-generational (ages 4-81), 13 person trip to an all inclusive resort. She researched good options for us, despite many constraints (good food! kids club! known to be great for families! multi-bedroom suites!), and sent us 3 good options. Then she booked everything, finding the cheapest prices possible, and helped with flights and transfers as well. I appreciated her responsiveness, and it definitely felt like she was listening to what we needed/wanted in a venue for our family's vacation. We ended up having a great trip, and are grateful for her support!

My wife and I had time of our life thanks to Jenya. She organized, booked and provide us will all the information and arrangements including seat selections for the flights and stateroom for the Viking river cruise. Jenya helped us with selecting Tulips and Windmills cruise in Netherlands and Belgium that was absolutely amazing. She actually found us a deal with better price than we saw online. Jenya's knowledge and expertise were extremely helpful to make our vacation a great success.
